Deviousness |
I really hope something comes up for you.
Get some insoles, perhaps, to cushion your feet. I'm sure they'll get used to it. As long as you feel it's a fun job, then it should be tolerable.
Grats again on something coming through. :3
Had my knees buckle a few as well (no falls) I hope I get use to this!
My boss is a nice guy too, easy to talk to and willing to listen. Department lead/other boss is funny and willing to take time to show you new things.
I have also experienced my first ass of a co-worker. A miss priss who is trying to act like the boss of everyone, telling them what to do, when we can go on our breaks/lunch.
Our breaks apparently start and ends when she says they do, even if you're still working. I got chewed out by her for taking 'way longer' then my allowed 15 min break. Sorry for pausing to answer a customers question then tidying up the shoes that looked like a kid got into em before making it to the break room.. you know... like where supose to do? Noo to her I'm 'on break' during all that.
I don't want to get into the dirty look she gave during lunch. Lunch that MY BOSS told me to go take with out miss priss's oh mighty approval.
Theres word she may be geting the boot soon. She apparently tried telling -the person who trained us- how to do her job and what to do yada yada.
We have a grand opening too this week. Just got some new displays up and unloading a lot of items. been crazy, yet still fun. :3 Even if I ended up resorting/sizing the WHOLE of the plus sized tops and pants. A good 12 double/tripple racks worth because SOMEONE ELSE who was to help chose to do her own thing. >.>
