First submission after being away from DA for what was it? Few years?

Bah.....

Anyway.. about this? What is this?

Well, it has leeked out to a few that I have been working on a graphic novel for some time now. Something that started as a story written (or started writting) way back in 1991, and was something that kept growing and growing over the years until I opted to turn the story into a graphic novel.

Unfortunately the few that caught a glimpse of it started Either yaying or booing at "Another Ecco the Dolphin story!" Then seem disappointed when there is no Ecco in the story, and can't seem to grasp that the story has nothing what so ever to do with Ecco aside that yes, it's about dolphins. Yes, there is some sort of 'alien invasion'. But that is where the similarity stops.

The story is called The Descendants (and again, it is not ecco related) What you see here is a ref sheet I use for one of the "alien's". They are in whole known as Scelus, and they have taken over, and integrated into earths life, mimicking a lot of it's animals and creatures, evolving in away to better inhabit the planet.

The one seen here is known as a Seeker, and is the closest version of a Scelus to that of a dolphin and are around the same size, if not a few being bigger/smaller. Their main use is to 'Seek' out stray dolphins/whales/other creatures that try and get away or being hunted down. The 'antennae' can pick up sound vibration to allow it to home in on it's target.
